We are very excited to launch into the online shopping space after being open for 6 months! We hope that this allows customers who cannot get to our store for a variety of reasons to support our small business and select from our extensive range of quality children's footwear. 

ONLINE STORE PROCEDURES

If you order the incorrect shoes and require an exchange, please contact the shop and we will gladly assist. This can be done by coming into the store OR we you can post your shoes back, and upon receipt of these we will post the correct ones back out to you. Please note that although we will cover the postage back out to you for the correct sizes/style, you will need to cover the postage charge for your original purchase to be returned to us.

If you change your mind and require a refund, simply post the shoes back to us (unworn in original packaging) and upon receipt of the shoes, we will gladly process a refund for the cost of the goods. (minus $12 postage charge).
